Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of available historical data, the subject property has been developed and used entirely for residential purposes since as early as 1886. One commercial listing, Bill's Machine Welding and Repair shop, was listed at the subject property in 1992. Most of the immediately adjacent and surrounding properties have been used historically for residential purposes, although surrounding properties have had a mixed commercial use history, including the following: religious and institutional uses, auto repair stores, garages, welding and machine shops, furniture and cabinet stores, and various warehousing purposes. Parcels north and east of the subject property appear to have been converted from residential to institutional/parking lot usage by 2009. At the present time, the subject property is vacant and contains both a one-story High Prairie style house and a detached 2-car garage. According to the City of Cheyenne Zoning Department, the subject property is zoned Mixed Use Business Emphasis (MUB).
