Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is bounded by a West Lane to the north, Market Street to the east, a bus stop to the west and residential and commercial buildings to the south. Access to the property was not restricted. The presence of peeling and/or cracking paint was observed during the site reconnaissance. However, without testing, the presence or lack thereof, LBP cannot be verified. No further oil and/or hazardous materials assessments activities are necessary at this time.
