Additional Property Attributes

This assessment was implemented following award of technical assistance to the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation to evaluate the subject property through the U.S. EPA Targeted Brownfields Assessment program. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was performed under this TBA to identify RECs that may require further assessment to determine the potential for public and environmental exposure to contaminants of concern. JCNI plans to redevelop the subject property for an office building with parking and an associated park.

Former Use: The subject property is currently vacant. Historically: Vacant until 1961; Euclid Lumber Co, Inc., (1961-2001); thrift store was also located at 5125 Market Street in 1992.
