Additional Property Attributes

This assessment was implemented following award of technical assistance to the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation to evaluate the subject property through the U.S. EPA Targeted Brownfields Assessment program. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was performed under this TBA to identify RECs that may require further assessment to determine the potential for public and environmental exposure to contaminants of concern. JCNI plans to redevelop the subject property for residential use with an associated community garden and park.
