This property is an abandoned refinery

Former Use: This property is an abandoned refinery that last saw operational status in 1984. The property is prime industrial property with access to rail and major highways to Canada and across the northern United States. It also is located in the middle of the Bakken oil activity of Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana and would provide an excellent resource as a redeveloped and updated modern refinery for the crude being extracted from the region.
