Additional Property Attributes

"The subject property consists of two separate parcels of land located in a commercial and industrial area along Indian Creek. The two parcels of the subject property lie directly north and south of one another and are separated by a distance of approximately 700 feet. The south parcel is used as an automobile salvage yard and the north parcel is an undeveloped field. The site will be redeveloped by the City of Beatrice as a river buffer zone to protect the Big Blue River. During the Phase II of the north parcel the soil samples contained VOCs, TEH as diesel, and Arsenic; only arsenic was above Nebraska VCP RG. The groundwater samples contained TPH-GRO and RCRA metals. The RCRA metals that exceeded Nebraska VCP RG were arsenic, cadmium, chromium, and lead. "

Former Use: The subject property has been under its current ownership and use since 1976 by D&L Investments Company. Has historically been undeveloped land.
