Additional Property Attributes

Property is a 0.358 acre plot located southeast of the intersection of U.S. Highway 212 and Cheyenne Ave. in Lame Deer, MT. Property was formerly a gas station and features an inactive soil vapor extraction system and one building. The Northern Cheyenne Tribe plans to purchase the property in order to remove an eyesore. Historical petroleum contamination remains on the property as well as lead based paint in the building.

Former Use: Developed. Gas station began operating in 1960s. Mr. Cady purchased in 1982. 1987 ceased gas station operations, but kept tanks. Tanks were removed in 1999.
