Additional Property Attributes

Property is .642 acre plot located southwest of the intersection of U.S. Highway 212 and Cheyenne AVenue in Lame Deer, MT. Property was formerly a gas station/cae adn features an operating soil vapor extraction system, one builidng and a shed. The NOrthern Cheyenne Tribe plans to purchase the property in order to remove an eyesore. HIstorical petroleum contamination remains on the property.

Former Use: Developed in 1950s (gas staion/tire and lube). Gas station ceased operations in 1983. Mr. Cady purchased in 1987 - operated cafe. Boarded up in 1999.
