Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Reasonably ascertainable records for the subject property extended back to approximately 1948. Data failure occurred prior to that date. However, the research did not identify any significant data gaps during the completion of this Phase I ESA. Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred by 1925, when the subject property was developed with a residential dwelling. By 1948, the dwelling was demolished and the current building was constructed and operated as gasoline service station. The property was operated as a gasoline service station through at least 1964. Sometime after 1964 the gasoline service station went out of business, and the property was then utilized for a drug store, an insurance office, and a beauty salon. The property was first utilized by the current thrift store operation in 2007.
