Additional Property Attributes

Property is 1.917 acre plot located southwest of the intersection of U.S. Highway 212 and Cheyenne Avenue in Lame Deer, MT. Property was formerly a gas station and features an operating soil vapor extraction system, a burned down residence, a standing residence, sheds and a garage. the Northern Cheyenne Tribe plans to purchase the property in order to remove an eyesore. Historical petroleum contamination remains on the property as well as asbestos and lead based paint in the buildings.

Former Use: Developed in 1897 (residence). Gas station began operating in mid 1900s. Unknown construction dates for buildings/sheds. Gas station ceased operations in 1999, fire in 2010.
