The property had been vacant for sometime and was deteriorating. Irish Pub/Restaurant and Arvon Hotel completed.

Former Use: Three story brick building with a full basement built in 1890 and used as a livery and hotel. The Arvon Block building is located in Great Falls, Montana and is listed on National Register of Historic Places. Constructed in 1890, it is recognized as one of the few surviving late 19th century commericla buildings in Great Falls. Past uses of the building have included a livery, hotel, retail, establishments, and storage space.
