Additional Property Attributes

Asbestos and lead-based paint (LBP) have been identified as contaminants present at the property. Non-friable asbestos and LBP (via encaplsulation) could potentially be left in place with implementation of a maintenance plan.

Former Use: Building was built in 1936 as a department store and renovated in 1940s. It was renovated into a drug store in 1970. Additional renovations in the early to mid-1980s.
