Additional Property Attributes

Asbestos and lead-based paint (LBP) have been identified as contaminants present at the property. Non-friable asbestos and LBP (via encaplsulation) could potentially be left in place with implementation of a maintenance plan.

Former Use: The building was constructed in 1914 and originally included the 1st floor, basement, and loft (2nd floor was constructed at a later date). The building was remodeled in the late 1940s or 1950s for a dental practice.
