Property Highlights

The property was rural residential land with a junk yard on it. The City of Dewar wanted to purchase the property, so they came to DEQ to do some assessments on the property. It has some retort on the property from the adjoining smelter site. Future plans are unknown at this time. The site still needs more cleanup, so that's holding up redevelopment.
