The armory building was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The building is being reused by the OSU Extension office and Walter Co-op Elevator. Redevelopment amount was not available, so $10,000 was used to count the redevelopment. The UST was removed 9-18-97. The date used for cleanup in ACRES is for the asbestos, lead-based paint, and lead dust cleanup.

Former Use: Used as National Guard Armory in the past.
