Additional Property Attributes

This property was cleaned up through a State funded program. The city plans to use it for a public works office or a community center. They are estimating that they will spend $37,250 on redeveloping the armory. The UST was removed 11-13-97. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos, lead-based paint, and lead dust cleanup.

Former Use: A part of the west half of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 16 Township 7 north of Range 10 W.I.M., Caddo County, Oklahoma. This property formerly operated as a Oklahoma National Guard Armory.
