Site is developed with a one story structure built in 1970, comprised of an office/customer area and a garage with two overhead garage doors. The building is currently leased to an emergency drain cleaning service. The remainder of the site is undeveloped.

Former Use: The 30,928 sq ft property contains a 2,200 sq ft one story building constructed in 1970 close to W Colfax Ave, and the rest of the site is undeveloped. A customer service area and office is located in the front of the building with 2 overhead garage doors in back. The site is currently lease to an emergency drain cleaning service. The site apparently was residential until about 1963, when it was developed by Metro Auto Sales. In the 1980s, Truck Fashions occupied the parcel, followed by Shoebox Emissions (a boot/shoe repair and a vehicle emissions facility) in the late 1990s. The current owners have owned the property for ~20 years.
