Additional Property Attributes

Phase II did not identify any VOCs or petroleum compounds in soil or groundwater in excess of standards/limits. The property is apart of a four property assemblage for the development of a 5 story senior housing project with medical offices on the first floor. EFG is assembling the properties, DHA is the developer, and St. Anthony's Hospital is the medical provider. Property usage is allocated under Perry III.

Former Use: The site was undeveloped from at least 1927 until the current multi-tenant residential building was constructed in 1929. Originally constructed as Lake Apartments, the building has been used as a dormitory for Yeshiva Toras Chaim, a Talmudic seminary, since 1968.
