Additional Property Attributes

This property is apart of a land assemblage being put together by Environmental Finance Group on behalf of Denver Housing Authority in partnership with St. Anthony's Hospital for a multi-story senior housing project with first floor medical offices. The phase II identified 1,2-DCA from an offsite source impacting groundwater beneath the site. No soil impacts above standards were identified. A small amount of asbestos containing building material and other regulated building materials, e.g. fluorescent lighting and smoke detectors. EFG sold the property once cleanup was completed to Denver Housing Authority which is currently constructing the building. Building usage allocated under Perry III.

Former Use: The single 893 square foot building on the property was constructed in 1954 on Colfax Avenue in a long establish commercial district which includes commercial operations such as gas stations and dry cleaners. The site is known to have been an automotive repair facility.
