Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of two undeveloped parcels and a portion of the abandoned Enterprise Avenue. The Site is partially fenced and vegetated with annual grasses. A wooden fence separates the two undeveloped parcels, and the eastern parcel has nine planter boxes used for gardening by the community. The Site is generally flat with the exception of a storm water basin running through the central portion of the property.

Former Use: The Site was vacant or residential in the past. A storm water basin was installed by the City who owns the Site. The eastern portion of the Site is a community garden.
