Additional Property Attributes

The Property is currently developed with two single-story, wood d buildings formerly used as the San Lucas Library (54692 Teresa Street) and an office for the San Lucas County Water District (54694 Teresa Street). Both buildings are vacant adn their windows were boarded. The buildings are planned to be relocated to an offsite location. The southwest corner of the property has a concrete slab at the location of a former auto repair shop. A septic system is located in the central portion of the property. The undeveloped portions of the property are landscaped with grass and trees.

Former Use: The Site was used as a residence, auto repair, and gas station in the past. The house was later used as a library. Monterey County (owner) plans to build a new library.
