The Site is in a residential neighborhood and located along the northern border of Hinton Park. The park, in its entirety, covers approximately 6.18 acres. The Brownfields portion of the property is approximately 1.5 acres. The Site is generally flat and is currenlty used as an underutilized path and non-native landscaping strip. A baseball field is located to the north and a high school is located northwest of the Site.

Former Use: The Site is currently owned by the City of Fresno. Historically, the Site has been vacant or occupied by residences.
