Additional Property Attributes

The site is a vacant undeveloped land that sits directly south of 530 South Cavalier Avenue. The site is currently owned and maintained by the terms of the existing City easement by Commercial Development Company. Existing site improvements are limited to stormwater drainage controls. Based on the location of the site near the industrial park and railroad and the fill material and dumping that has occurred on the site itself it meets the criteria for a Brownfields site.

Former Use: Previous development of the subject site is not evident based on available land use records. Use of this area as a part of a stormwater drainage/retention system is apparent since adjoining land to the northeast was cleared to receive surface runoff from surrounding commercial developments.
