Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located in an industrial-zoned area of Bay Shore. Properties zoned for business and residential are located to the east of the subject property. The topography at the subject property slopes slightly downward from northwest to south-southeast

Former Use: The subject property is occupied by an abandoned two-story building that was previously used as a power plant. Equipment (cooling towers, conveyor belts, pumps, etc.) formerly used by the power plant has been abandoned at the site. The building�s total floor space is approximately 7,700 square feet. The building exterior is primarily constructed of concrete blocks and sheet metal. There is an approximate 1,200-square foot open-ended storage building located to the west of the main building. This structure was reportedly used to store wood chips but is currently the location of several abandoned drums.
