Additional Property Attributes

There are currently four building structures on the site all of which are vacant. The building furthest to the west is a 1,595 sqft bungalow style brick dwelling built in 1927 with a 408 sqft detached garage built in 1940 in the back. On the same site there is 2128 sqft retail/storage building built in 1947 further to the east. There is also a small 1200 sqft warehouse also built in 1947 on site. In 1993, the area just north of the retail/storage building was paved for parking. Information entered 9/7/16: Mercury is contained in the thermostats. The removal and proper disposal of the mercury containing thermostats will occur prior to demolition. Lead based paint and asbestos are elements of concern but do not require cleanup. Only because demolition occur as part of redevelopment, lead based paint and asbestos will be removed and disposed of per state and federal regulations prior to demolition. Demolition will be funded by non-BF sources and new construction will take place on the site.

Former Use: research revealed no information on the historical Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps, however, there are currently four building structures on the site all of which are vacant.
