Additional Property Attributes

Denver Urban Gardens is working with the Asian Pacific Developemnt Center to develop a community garden in their courtyard area of the facility.

Former Use: Denver Urban Gardens and the Asian Pacific Development Center plan to redevelop the courtyard portion of the property from its current use as a grass lined courtyard to a community garden. As a result of historic uses, the potential exists for the soil to contain pesticides, and/or metals as well as a pH not suitable for gardening. The results demonstrate low levels on contamination - not high enough to interfere with future use.
