Additional Property Attributes

A portion of the North Middle School has been developed as a community garden with the potential for expansion. Testing was performed to confirm that the soils are safe for gardening. Four metals were found to exceed the EPA RSL for Residential Soil, however the levels were well within what is reported to be naturally occurring background for the Denver area as reported by the USGS.

Former Use: The property has been used as a school since the 1960s, prior to this it appears to have been rural farming/single family residence or agricultural land.
