Urban Land Conservancy plans to acquire the property and hold it as long term stewards in order to partner with three or more non-profit tenants; all social enterprises with extensive track-records in Colorado. Together their purpose is to improve lives in the Denver metro area and focus on environmental sustainability, job training and job creation. Prior to the purchase, a phase I and II were performed.
