Additional Property Attributes

Based upon the limitations of the sampling event, these materials were not sampled as part of is assessment and are assumed to be asbestos containing until sampled. These materials may include (floor tile and mastic, linoleum, additional plaster materials on walls and ceilings, roofing materials, pipe insulation, drywall, window caulking and glazing, etc). F&R recommends an asbestos inspection prior to renovation or demolition of the structures.

Former Use: The property has an existing 2-story building in very poor condition; the building was built between 1886 and 1895. Various previous tenants included restaurants, a confectionary, jewelers, beauty shops, shoe stores, clothing stores and churches until the late 1990's. The structure underwent rehab in 2016 resulting in substantially increased assessed value (in conjunction with 1313-15 Hull St.)
