Additional Property Attributes

Based on the proposed and redeveloped industrial/ commercial/ retail usage of the property and the associated/scheduled importation of structural fill to raise the surface grade across the Site, the measured vapor concentrations of VOCs and the associated regulatory exceedances, as reflected by the soil gas sampling results, serve as a basis for recommending the installation of a vapor barrier beneath the foundation slab of any newly constructed buildings to passively mitigate any potential for soil gas infiltration. Otherwise, Timmons Group recommends no further action per ASTM standards.
