Former Use: The property was owned by Phillip Morris, Inc. until 3/2/2016. Since the assessment, the property was reformed into a industrial condominium in the name of Siteworks Condominium Units Owners Association. The owners are selling individual former tobacco warehouses for today's compatible uses.
