Additional Property Attributes

This parcel is part of a two parcel Property that is developed as a community park and occupied by baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts, rodeo arena, picnic pavilion, playgrounds, shooting range, and support amenities. The county is planning to up grade the existing parks water system as soon as funding is available in the form of a County budget item of a Grant. By improving the water system they will be able to have potable water at the park to better serve the community. The Phase I and Phase II have cleared the property environmentally for the need upgrades.

Former Use: Late 1940s developed as athletic field, 1965 water well and restrooms, 1997-2011 announcer�s booth, backstops, bleachers, concession stands, livestock arena, restrooms, scoreboard, sheds, tennis courts. Parcels donated to County in 1987 and 1994. Several areas of concern were identified during the Phase I and the petrolum issues were cleared up by the Phase II.
