Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Beginning in the 1920s the property was developed as a restaurant and lounge and was redeveloped in 1965 as a car wash with petroleum underground storage tanks. These USTs were removed in 1989 and replaced with new USTs which were removed in approximately 2006. Colorado Oil & Public Safety (OPS) Division has issued an NFA for both tank removals and no known regulated tanks currently remain on the property. Also the adjacent property to the east is a petroleum LUST site under corrective action with OPS and according to the agency the existing groundwater plume does not impact the subject property.
