Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of the historical information, the site appears to have been undeveloped prior to the construction of the current apartment building in 1955. The south adjoining property was listed as Site Service Station from at least 1951 through 1981. The east adjoining property was also listed as service stations from at least 1948 through 1971. OPS does not have any records concerning tanks closures for either site, with the exception of an intent to close USTs on the east adjoining property. Based on the historical information, the former presence of gasoline service stations on the adjoining properties represents evidence of off-site RECs to the site.
