Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Current owner would like to sell to Good Ground Holdings for a mixed use development. Good Ground Holdings requested Ph1 hazardous assessment before purchase and current owner has agreed and provided access. The property is located in the historic Little Rock neighborhood of Capitol View-Stiffts Station. The property is bordered the state capitol to the east; south by Rose Creek; and to the north by the Arkansas School for the Deaf. The age of the existing buildings (pre-1950), illegal dumping on vacant lots, the flooding of Rose Creek, and the close proximity to an active rail line may have contaminated the property. The existing structures have been secured and no trespassing signs have been placed around property.
