Additional Property Attributes

The property was originally used as Sitting Bull College until the new campus was constructed several years ago. Most recently it has been used as office space for Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. The Tribe used an EPA grant to complete asbestos and mold cleanup in the building and it is now ready for reuse or demolition.
