Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property includes 10 individual vacant residential parcels that encompass approximately 2.1 acres of land. There are no structures on the Property. The ground surface of the Property is mostly covered with grass and some perimeter hard wood trees. Access to the Property is available via Apple Seed Cove and Appleberry Cove streets. Both of these streets terminate at a cul-de-sac. Surrounding properties include residential and undeveloped properties. The community of College Station lies immediately to the west, and the Little Rock Port Industrial Park lies approximately 0.5 mile to the east on Frazier Pike. Based on interviews and a review of historical information dating from 1918 to the present, the Apple Blossom Subdivision Phase II was developed into residential lots for building single family homes in the early 2000s. Many of the lots have single family homes. However, the 10 parcels on the Property remained vacant at the time of this assessment.
