Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Lee Street Building is a 50,000 square foot concrete bunker structure that was built in 1957 and is located in an urban neighborhood. It is the former Easter Seals of Arkansas headquarters and ambulatory center. It has a footprint of approximately one acre on hilly terrain, and the adjoining asphalt parking lot has a one acre footprint on flat terrain surrounded by 9.6 acres of urban forest. The Lee Street Building is located near downtown Little Rock, and is on the back of the campus of the Arkansas School for the Blind and Arkansas School for the Deaf, near the student dormitories. The property was unoccupied for a number of years and is currently owned by the Arkansas School for the Blind.
