Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 1.6 acre site was developed in 1963 on the North Little Rocks civic campus as a community health facility. The site has a 9,910 sq. ft. health facility constructed in the same year. Due to the age of the building, lead paint and asbestos contamination is a high possibility, which reflects the typical building materials used during that construction period.
