Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of a trapezoidal tract of land of 0.454 acres that currently contains a wooden train depot building occupying 1,869 sq ft that was originally constructed in 1900. The building was formerly used as a train depot, feed/hardware store, beauty shop, residential dwelling, and office space for an oil company. The building has had several renovations with repainting in 1994 and reroofing in 1999. The building is currently in a state of disrepair.
