Additional Property Attributes

"A Phase I ESA was conducted in September 2016; no RECs or need for further action was identified. The
former structure located on the Subject Property contained Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and was
demolished. A potential Vapor encroachment Condition (VEC) was identified, and further investigation is
warranted. A historic drycleaner is located upgradient from the Subject Property with reported,
suspected potential and undocumented historic releases. Plume information or mapping was not available for the Phase I ESA effort; however, the site has suspected contamination based on the nature of historic dry-cleaning facilities predating environmental regulations. This is also considered a significant data gap. Redevelopment of the Subject Property is proposed; therefore, it is recommended that soil and groundwater sampling take place to investigate if the Subject Property has been impacted from several nearby sites categorized as brownfields or a historic drycleaner facilitiy"

The Subject Property was historically used as a three-story, commercial building designated as a store, a hall, and a restaurant. Small ancillary structures designated as automobile garages are also depicted on the property in historic Sanborn FireInsurance Maps.
