Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is identified as 160 Lake Lane, Caryville, Tennessee, and consists of one parcel containing 0.32 acres. The subject property is developed with a one-story automotive service station totaling 1,232 square feet. The property is not currently zoned. Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred in 1910 with the construction of the current building, a former gasoline dispensing station with automotive service repair operations. The building likely underwent renovations in the early 1970s when new underground storage tanks (USTs) were installed. Former tenants include Jeff's Gas and Tobacco and TJ's Tires. The property is currently utilized for automotive service repair operations by a private individual. Gasoline dispensing operations ceased in approximately 2009. Refer to Section 4.7 for additional information regarding the UST systems.
