Additional Property Attributes

The historic Whitehall School Gymnasium will be sold and redeveloped. The specific redevelopment is unknown at this time.

Former Use: The Gymnasium was built in 1919 along with a school and connecting building. The school and connecting building was demolished in 1998 leaving only the gymnasium. The gymnasium has been vacant since 2010 and is used only for storage. The exterior surface is brick masonry and all windows are boarded up. The interior floor is a hardwood basketball court and the drop ceiling is acoustic tile. The Whitehall School District is the owner of the Gymnasium. The district is considering selling or redeveloping the property.
