Additional Property Attributes

The Missoula Food Bank has acquired the property from the private owner. The Food Bank plans to conduct cleanup and then build a new and improved building to provide greater services to the City of Missoula.

Former Use: As of May 2015, the site consisted of five buildings and a former auto storage lot (now vacant). There are several trailer courts and single family houses adjacent to the property. An auto salvage yard was in operation since approximately 1975. Missoula Food Bank took control of the property in 2015; cleaned contamination; and built a state-of-the-art facility serving those in need in the community.
