Property Highlights

A phase II was performed that indicated additional sampling was recommended. However, the property owner did not grant access for additional sampling.

Former Use: Property located in central Harvey, ND. It was previously a creamery and then was used as an auto parts and repair facility.

2023 update: City of Harvey obtained adverse possession of the property on 1/5/2023. Applied to the North Dakota Brownfields State Response Program on 5/8/2023 for asbestos abatement and hazardous materials cleanup. Building scheduled for demolition.
