Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical documents and available data, the site has been developed for residential and commercial use since at least 1929, with demolition of the early structures and construction of the existing building in 1959. The surrounding area began to be developed prior to 1904, according to the Sanborn fire insurance maps reviewed. As of 2010 with the City's major city-wide rezoning, the property was rezoned to general urban main street up to 5 stories (G-MS-5) on the majority of the property. The developer/BFPP is planning a mixed used redevelopment of the property consistent with the zoning.
