Additional Property Attributes

Subsurface soil contamination from benzene, xylene, and 2-methylnaphthalene has been identified at one location on the property parcel at concentrations greater than the site screening levels and ESL benchmarks. The contamination is most likely associated with historical leaking of a dispenser pipe. Contamination was not found at any other sampled subsurface location. The identified contamination is not believed to be a threat to groundwater based upon the estimated quantity of soil affected, the contaminant concentrations, and depth to groundwater. The identified contamination is not likely to pose any risk to human health.

Former Use: Property is an automotive repair facility. Property has operated as a gas station/auto care since 1937. All USTs were removed in 2014.
