Additional Property Attributes

Based on the proximity of the subject property to Interstate Highway 580, aerially deposited lead from decades of leaded gasoline usage may have accumulated on the property. Additionally, lead-based paint was determined to have been present in paint and/or construction materials in that building as well. The 1122 36th Street property was covered entirely by a structure since Interstate Highway 580 was constructed and soil was remediated within five feet of that structure in 2000 such that lead is not likely to be present on that portion of the site. The past use of the subject site related to an adjacent automotive repair and the known past use of an adjacent property as an automotive repair shop may have resulted in petroleum hydrocarbon contamination of soil, soil gas, and/or groundwater contamination on or beneath the subject property.

Former Use: The property is three vacant adjoining parcels with mixed residential and commercial uses dating back to early 1900s, which included cleaners, dyers and auto repair
