Additional Property Attributes

The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Natural Resource Building site is approximately 1 acre in size. Historically, the site has been used as a gas station and a convenience store. In 2000, two 8,000 gallon USTs were removed and were in good condition when excavated. There is minor soil contamination of petroleum hydrocarbons that may require soil screening during excavation when the site is redeveloped.
