Additional Property Attributes

The assessment was implemented following award of a technical assistance to the San Pasqual Band of Diegueno Mission Indians of California to evaluate the property through the U.S. EPA targeted brownfields assessment program. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was performed under this TBA to identify RECs that may require further assessment to determine the potential for public and environmental exposure to contaminants of concern. The San Pasqual Tribe plans to redevelop the subject property as either a solar power generating station or as offices and other structures to support tribal government services. No recognized environmental conditions were identified in the assessment.
